Welcome, FSDATA User!
We’re excited to share the all-new FSDATA Online with you.
Benefits
The FSDATA Online update is important for three key reasons:
- It moves away from the old, Flash-based version as Adobe ends support for Flash on December 31.
- It gives you real-time flow data access anywhere, any time, on any device.
- It aggregates all your data on ClarosTM, the Water Intelligence System from Hach®.
Subscription options*
Per-logger pricing scales to your project size and is tiered based on the number of loggers you have connected. Cellular connectivity is included, along with your new subscription, in a bundle offer. A subscription-only price option is also available for you if you choose to place flow loggers on your own cellular plan.
All existing loggers will have a prorated transition period to move to FSDATA Online in 2021.
*Subscription pricing options are not applicable to Data Delivery Services programs. Consult the FAQ section or contact your local flow representative for more information
This pricing is competitive
With your move to the new FSDATA Online, you get:
- Increased confidence in your measurements
- Reduced resource spend through reduced site visits
- Simple and straightforward workflows to compile and easily share data for easy data
- 24-7 alarm notifications to avoid sewer system overflows
Transitioning to the New FSDATA Online
You will receive an email from Hach to setup your new Claros account on December 9th – or you have already received it. The Adobe Flash based FSDATA site at fsdata.hach.com will remain active until December 31st. After December 31st, this URL will bring you to this page to find information about the launch of the new FSDATA and detailed information on how to seamlessly transition to the new FSDATA Online platform.
You have a prorated transition period on the new FSDATA Online in 2021.
If you have any questions or concerns, please call your Hach representative, and they will be happy to assist you.
Moving Your Data
We kept in mind the need for your existing data and connected instruments to seamlessly migrate over to the new version, so your connected instruments and historical data will move automatically to the new platform.
You only need to setup your new account and user accounts and move any needed site attachments to the new site. See the FAQ section for details and instructions.
